I understand that this midwifery course requires me to dedicate a lot of time and energy so that I can complete it successfully. I have a fulltime job and undertaking this course through distance learning where there will be no professor to monitor my progress. This means that I will have to have to divide my time between my studies, my household chores and my studies. It also means that I will have to dedicate more resources and energies towards my studies.

Since I am passionate about this specialty, I will do anything possible to ensure that I complete this course without these hiccups. To start with, I will sacrifice my leisure time and allocate it to my studies. During this period, I will minimise the time I spend with my friends and family for the sake of my education, I know I will spend time with them later after I finish my studies. Secondly I will inform my boss that I am undertaking an online course and request him to give me some more off time so that I can study.

I believe my boss will oblige since she has been encouraging me to register for further education so that I can perfect my clinical skills. To ensure that I focus most of my energy on my studies, I will employ a live in house help who will be helping me with all the household chores. Though I will be doing some of the chores, I will ensure that most energy that I used to do other things like house hold chores, partying and meeting friends will be channelled towards my online studies.

I will also revise my budget priorities to ensure that I channel enough finances towards my educational resources. I believe that if I focus some more time, energy and resources towards my studies, I will successfully complete my midwifery course.
